Meet Our Leaders

Corina simply loves helping people. Her concern for others is evident in all she does as she works to ensure that patients are helped through the healthcare process efficiently.
These responsibilities come on the heels of 27 years of experience as a social worker with 15 of those years in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. She says she fell in love with rehabilitation when in her first year of employment she witnessed a 102-year-old woman walk out of the hospital after receiving rehabilitation for hip surgery.
Corina earned a bachelor’s degree in social work at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, a master’s degree in social work at the University of Texas-Pan American in Edinburg, Texas and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University, La Feria, Texas branch.

Now, nearly ten years later, Landelina has transitioned into case management as well and is still happy with her decision.
“It’s great to help somebody prepare for their return to the community,” she says. Landelina lives the quote, “Patients First!” as she believes there’s no better guide to directing each and every decision made daily when assisting patients.
Landelina earned a bachelor’s degree in 1994 from Pan American University in Edinburg, Texas and also maintains a lifetime teacher certification. She also earned a master’s degree in 2008 from the University of Texas – Pan American in Edinburg, Texas.
