At Weslaco Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, each patient is evaluated and treated on a one-on-one basis by highly trained and dedicated therapists who individualize treatment plans to get patients back to optimal condition. Patients treated through our outpatient program have access to well-equipped therapy areas and private treatment areas.
Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Weslaco Regional Rehabilitation Hospital provides outpatient rehabilitation to people recovering from disabling diseases and injuries, such as those recovering from orthopedic injuries, strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries. In addition, we treat individuals who may have chronic illnesses such as cerebral palsy, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease), multiple sclerosis or Parkinson’s disease.

Support Group
In addition to our outpatient services, we offer a Stroke Support Group for patients and caregivers to expand treatment and to allow those with common challenges to share experiences, explore resources, encourage one another, and to help teach each other how to best navigate their circumstances.
Stroke Support Group meets the third Wednesday of every month at 5:00 pm at Weslaco Regional Rehabilitation Hospital. Call 956-969-2222 for more information.
